                   27/28/29 July ‘Twisters’ first Cheerleading Competition at Nottingham Arena
                   25/26 November Cheerleading Competition at Blackpool.

                                  COUNTY GRADES 25 FEBRUARY 2007
                   Well done to all the girls who entered the grades this weekend.
                   They all worked hard and we are all pleased that they passed.
                   Three girls passed with‘Distinction’.Emily Jennion came first
                   at ‘in age’ Grade 5 which means she qualifies to join the
                   Lancashire team to compete at the Regional Grades Finals at
                   Staley Bridge on 18th March.              

                                  A BIG THANK YOU

             A big thank you goes to Jenny and Paul Maguire for organising
                 a ‘Dog Race’ night on 5 May. A total of £303 was raised. .
                 The Club Champs was also successful in raising £261.49.
                 Thank you to the Friends of Appley Bridge who organised refreshments,
                 raffle etc.
                 Thanks to everyone who supported both these events.
                 All the money raised will go towards equipment, etc that the gym needs.
